Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you have trouble downloading, unzipping, or stitching the design,
please contact us for assistance and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Please note: Orders placed before October 2015 will incur a $10 fee for downloads to be restored.
Sometimes a file can become corrupt. If the file doesn’t seem right,
it probably isn’t. If this happens please contact us for a replacement.
We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied, that’s a guarantee!

You are granted a license to use the design when you purchase the files.
The Applique Place, LLC still owns the copyright.

Under Copyright Law you may:

    -Make finished products for personal use.
    -Make finished products for gifts.
    -Make finished products to sell.

Under Copyright Law you may NOT:

    -Sell, share, trade, or give away this digital embroidery design.
    -Make copies of the digital embroidery design to sell, share, trade, or give away.
    -Post a copy of the digital embroidery design on the internet for others to use.
    -Modify, or use parts of, the digital embroidery design and sell it as your own.
    -Use the design to make heat transfers or vinyl designs.
    -Use the design or images commercially for non-embroidery uses.
    -Use designs in mass production.

Freebie Designs fall under these same conditions.
