Some of these patterns are the same patterns we offer in our "Sister Dolls" section. Most of them fit elves nicely when stitched with the 5x7 size, however, the 6x10 size is included in case you want a longer gown. Also, keep in mind that the 5x7 size usually fits a 4x4 hoop.
