Can't Log in?

If you can't log in, please follow these steps:
Have you tried the password reset?
If that doesn't work, your emails might be going to your spam/junk folder.
Still having problems? Do you have a different email address for PayPal? They might be going to that account, we can get that fixed for you.
Check your order. Is your email spelled correctly?
Is your email full? Do you have emails from us blocked?

Our response rate is usually within a few hours. If you tried to contact us, but have not received a response please consider the following:
- Emails from us might be going to your spam/junk folder. This is the most common issue, please check that first.
- Your email account might have emails from us blocked. Add us to your address book.
- Try contacting us directly through email at email@example.com (If you do this and DO NOT receive a reply, that means emails aren't getting through to you. So, my reply AND your download email will not come through.)
- Is it possible that you may have put in the wrong email or misspelled it?
- Please contact us again if you have not received a response.
- If you have tried to contact us, and it still isn't working. Try contacting us through our Facebook Page or our Facebook Group.
- Emails that contain profanity will not be answered.
