First Time Customers:
You do NOT need to make an account the first time you place an order, in fact, the only way to make an account is by placing an order. Our system will create an account for you when you place an order. After payment is received, you will be signed into your new account and you will be directed back to our site to download your purchase. You will also receive an email with your downloads and a password which you can change from your account. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, check under your PayPal email address if you use a different one. Contact us if you are having any problems.
Current/Repeat Customers:
If you forget your password, or need it sent, please request it to be resent by going here. If you don't receive the email, we can look up your password for you if you contact us. Please add us to your email address book if you do this, because if the email password request doesn't go through, neither will our replies. We want you to get our replies!
If you use a separate email address for PayPal, our system will often use THAT email address for your account. Please check under your PayPal email if you can find your designs. If you want your account to be under an email address that is not your PayPal email, contact me, and I can get it fixed for you. It's actually easier to do AFTER you order, so don't let this issue stop you from placing an order if you want. I can always merge your accounts if you end up with two.
If you can't remember if you have an account or not, but would like to place another order, the system *should* remember you and your new order should become available with previous orders in your account.
